This is a portrait of Elaine that is in process.  Hope to have a finished photo soon.  Many of the torn papers are from magazines that I collected while on our trip to Manhattan in December.  The maps represent a few of the challenges we faced while trying to find our way around Manhattan.

 This series of 7 paintings was created by having a time to paint just for the fun ot it.  This resulted in 7 paintings over a period of a week.  It's relaxing and fun to paint anything that feels right for the moment.
